Rhonda Dyer

Rhonda has been licensed since 2001 in permanent makeup. She received her training with the American Institute of Permanent Makeup in Arlington, Texas, and has completed training from Professional Technician. Safety is very important to Rhonda, and she uses one-time use needles and covers. She uses an electric pen along with topical numbing for the clients comfort.
